Please be informed that http://www.transcorpnigeria.com is the only official website of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc. (‘TransCorp’), whose registered office is at 11, Alfred Rewane (former Kingsway) Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria.

Any, and all, other websites claiming to represent Transnational Corporation Plc. are fraudulent and intended to swindle visitors and correspondents of sums of money.

Therefore, Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc. (‘TransCorp’) will not be liable for any loss incurred by any person or entity who enters into a transaction or correspondence with operators of fake websites or owners of email addresses with the label transcorp or transnational or transcorpnigeria as their user names, e.g. transcorp@gmail.com, transcorpnigeria@yahoo.com, transcorp@account.com, transnationalcorporationplc@hotmail.com.

Any mail which does not have transcorpnigeria.com as its domain name and claims to represent the interests of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc. (‘TransCorp’) is fraudulent. Ignore it.

Please report any suspicious websites or individuals purporting to represent Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc. (‘TransCorp’) to us by forwarding such mail to Mr. Obi Tabansi Onyeaso at oonyeaso@transcorpnigeria.com.

In addition, it has come to our attention that some individuals are contacting people via e-mail and or publications in the internet claiming to be recruitment agents of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc and it’s subsidiaries and/or using the names of our employees in bogus, fictitious and imaginary transactions, to solicit for financial details, advance fees or other favours in exchange for which they purport to confer non-existent benefits (funds, employment, contracts etc) in Transcorp Plc. These e-mails/publications are usually sent from someone posing as the Company's HR Manager or attorney or claiming to be a person occupying an influential position in our organization. The sender of the mail would request the target to co-operate with them with the aim of benefiting from a stated business transaction or getting a job in Transcorp Plc. Transcorp Plc disassociates itself from such mails/publications and hereby warns the general public that these are scams designed to defraud unsuspecting individuals / corporate organizations. You are strongly advised not to communicate or disclose any of your financial details or send any money to these individuals. 

If you been contacted by phone, email or letters by persons claiming to be members of the Board, management or staff of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc (‘TransCorp’) informing you of your 'win' or shortlisting in a lucky dip, sweepstakes, gifts splash, bonanza or lottery or/and seeking to enter into transactions with you for the supply of goods, petroleum products, mineral mining licenses, medical equipment, farming equipment, telecommunications equipment, facilitation for the acquisition of telecommunications licenses in Nigeria, or other such propositions, urgently report such correspondence to the following addresses:
