After you are Hired

After you are hired, you will join any of the following corporate level Divisions at TransCorp:

• Operations
• Legal & Company Secretariat
• Finance & Admin
• Strategy & Research
• Compliance & Industry Controls
• Strategic HR

Under each division, there are a number of departments and Units such as Corporate Finance, Internal Controls, Sectoral focus Units (for instance, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Telecoms, etc.), Investor Relations.
    
We encourage our people to develop a wide-set of skills and to learn from colleagues in other areas. Each area supports all others, therefore, it is important that everyone at TransCorp has a clear understanding of the value that others are bringing. This fosters espirit de corps and mutual respect.
